Deb grew up in a sporting camp atmosphere with grandparents owning the camps then onto years of hunting, fishing, and being in the outdoors throughout the state and Canadian provinces.  The niche she has created allows her to express her passion for the outdoors and real estate.

Deb co-owned a forestry and land acquisition/development company for over twenty years. A Maine native who is a seasoned outdoors woman with fishing and hunting experiences in her state as well as Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Alaska, and Mexico. Deb will make your real estate dreams a reality. Mark Leathers

As native Mainer, Mark has devoted his life to the outdoors both professionally and personally. Mark’s passion for the outdoors began as a Professional Ski Patroller and Master Maine Guide. Mark took his love of the outdoors to a higher level earning a Master’s degree in Forestry. As a licensed forester Mark has worked for over two decades in operations, land acquisition, and land conservation throughout the United States and Canada. His work in timberland acquisition, appraisal, and conservation from a forester’s perspective is unique. Mark is also a licensed pilot frequently landing at grass airstrips throughout the state in pursuit of Maine’s vast beauty and many recreational opportunities. 

In his leisure time Mark is an avid alpine and back-country skier, mountain biker, fly fisherman, kayaker, and enjoys taking his family and friends whitewater rafting. Mark’s “special place” is a log cabin off the grid in the mountains of western Maine which has been in his family for five generations.

Darryl Harvey

As the former owner of a real estate agency and a custom homebuilder in Southern Maine, Darryl has the real estate and new construction experience that his clients have come to depend on. A Massachusetts transplant, Darryl has made Maine his home for over 30 years. His wife Sally often jokes that he still can’t call himself a Mainer though. Darryl is most happy spending time at camp in Tomhegan Township with family and friends where he enjoys hunting, fishing and being in the woods.

Living and working in the Moosehead Lake Region has been a long time dream of Darryl and Sally's and they finally made it a reality in 2016. Working together with Sally and her sister Amy and the Maine Outdoor Properties Team, Darryl will go the extra mile to help recreational clients find their own piece of Maine.

Sally first became a licensed agent 16 years ago when she was the Office Manager at her husband’s real estate agency. Sally was “born and bred” in Maine and while raising their two children in Gorham, she and her husband Darryl completely renovated a 1800’s farmhouse. Sally was first introduced to the Moosehead Lake region when her parents built a camp in Tomhegan Township when she was in her early 20’s. She and her family now enjoy their own camp in the area and all the outdoor activities that the region has to offer.

Sally has the knowledge of the area that her out-of-state clients depend on and enjoys seeing the satisfaction when they find the perfect home, waterfront property or piece of land. Sally’s attention to detail, being a good listener and extraordinary custom service skills is what her clients have come to appreciate. Together with her husband Darryl and sister Amy and the Maine Outdoor Properties team, they provide their clients top-notch customer service.

A native Mainer, Amy grew up in Southern Maine. After raising two children on a small gentleman’s farm in Gray for 20 years, Amy and her husband made the Moosehead Lake area their permanent home in 2014. Owning a camp on the western side of the Lake for the last 18 years, she shares a deep passion for the outdoors and an even deeper appreciation of the Moosehead Lake region. From kayaking, to hiking to hunting & fishing, Amy and her family consider themselves lucky to be able to enjoy their favorite outdoor activities and live and work in the most beautiful state in the country.

With a background in Advertising & Email Marketing, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service & satisfaction as well as attentiveness to clients needs throughout the entire process. Together with her sister Sally & brother-in-law Darryl and the Maine Outdoor Properties team, they work hard to ensure that buying or selling property in the Lakes Regions of Maine is a rewarding experience.
